Once an advertising or sponsored content contract is finalized and agreed upon (via signed agreement or written email confirmation), all payments are non-refundable by default.

Refunds, if any, are solely at the discretion of Superintelligence News and Superintelligence Newsletter, and subject to review on a case-by-case basis.

Please note the following:

• If the contract was offered at a reduced, discounted, or promotional price — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• If the advertiser cancels after work has commenced (e.g. content creation, campaign planning, newsletter space blocking, scheduling), no refund will be issued.

• If a refund is granted (at our sole discretion), it will be subject to time constraints and operational feasibility — typically only considered if requested before campaign publishing and with sufficient advance notice.

• Once any part of the campaign has been published or sent (including articles, newsletter placements, website ads), no refunds will be provided.

By entering into an advertising contract with Superintelligence News or Superintelligence Newsletter, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Refund Policy.
